1. What we collect
Account details. Your name, mobile number and, if you use it, your email address. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google; we never see your Google password.
Booking details. The therapy you choose, the date and time, the address the therapist should come to, a contact number for the visit, any notes you add, and, if you book for someone else, that person’s name and number.
Location. If you use “Use my current location”, your device’s coordinates are used once to fill in the address. The coordinates of the booking address are stored with the booking so the therapist can navigate to it and so you can watch their arrival on the map.
Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment reference, amount and status. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Communications. Messages you send through the support form, and ratings and feedback you leave after a session.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and to keep the service running.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, including sending one-time passcodes by SMS.
- To arrange, schedule and deliver the therapy you book, and to let the therapist reach you on the day.
- To take payment, issue refunds under our cancellation policy, and keep the records tax law requires.
- To show you your bookings, the therapist assigned to them, and their live arrival status.
- To answer support requests and act on feedback.
- To detect fraud and abuse, enforce limits such as one-time offer codes, and protect therapists and customers.
- To send service messages about your bookings. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for eight years from the end of the financial year in which the booking took place, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept while your account is active and for up to twelve months after you close it, unless a booking record requires longer.
Server logs are kept for ninety days. One-time passcodes expire within minutes and are never stored in a readable form.
5. How we protect it
- All traffic to dial15.com is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Access to personal data inside our systems is restricted by role: a therapist can read only the bookings assigned to them, and a customer only their own.
- Payment card data never touches our servers; it is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS certified.
- Sign-in is by one-time passcode or Google; where a password is used it is stored only as a salted hash.
6. Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- See the personal data we hold about you and ask for a copy.
- Correct details that are wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to the retention periods above.
- Withdraw consent to marketing messages.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act allows.
To do any of these, write to us at the address in the Contact section. We answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. A booking for a person under eighteen must be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for that booking.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by SMS or email before it takes effect.
10. Contact
Questions or requests about your data go to our grievance officer at contact@dial15.com or by phone on +91 93193 96755 / +91 93195 06310. You can also use the support form.
