How do I book a massage?

Booking a massage is easy! Simply visit our website "www.dia15.com, choose the type of massage you want, select your preferred date and time, and choose COD for the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What should I prepare for the massage?

You don't need to prepare much! Our therapist will bring everything required, including a massage table, oils, and disposable towels with other assessories. We recommend having a quiet space where the therapist can set up and where you can relax undisturbed.

What areas do you serve?

We currently provide services in Gurugram, India. We're continually expanding, so stay tuned for updates if you're in a nearby area!

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes, if you have a preference for a particular therapist, you can mention it while booking or on chat. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the therapist’s availability.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations before 4 hours will not charge any charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

To make our services more convenient and trustworthy for you, we offer a Cash Post Services Done payment option. This means you can pay in cash after your massage session is completed, ensuring your satisfaction before making any payment. We also accept UPI for those who prefer digital transactions. All payments are processed securely through our platform.

What if I am not satisfied with the service ?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact our customer support at feedback@dial15.com or call us at +91 8700 123 124 within an hours of your session. We’ll work with you to address any concerns or offer a refund if applicable.
